The 11th WOrld Soft Tennis Chmpionship will be held in Taoyuan, Taiwan
during the period from December 8 to 16, 1999. This chmpionship will be the
latest world formal sport event to Year 2000.250 attendants coming from more
than 20 countries around the world are expected to meet together. The Vision and
Theme of this event is as follows: Around the global village,friendships weave
soft tennis into the new era. This Organizing & Executive Working Plan has been
approved by OrganiZing Committee. The contents of the working plan are
consisted of the following. There are vision & themes, Organizing & Executive
orgartzation, job description, working schedule, agenda, budget planning,
competition rules and regulations5 layout, historical statistics of WSTC
participants, as well as the forecast of 1lth WSTC, 1999. Executive Committee

has been in charge right after this plan approved by Organizing Committee.
